1.5 lbs round or sirloin steak, tenderized
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/3 c onion, chopped
1/3 c celery, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
2 T brown sugar
2 t yellow mustard
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t lemon juice
dash hot sauce
1 c tomato soup
24oz can diced tomatoes
Cut steak into cubes. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 6-8 hours.
