- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Mix all ingredients (except broccoli) in a ziploc bag. Add broccoli and shake well to coat. Place florets on a baking sheet and roast at 400° for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is caramelized (brown tips).
