Ingredients

  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 heaping teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups frozen peaches (16 oz bag is easiest)
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions

Put all items in crock pot. Mix well. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
