- 1.5 lb stew beef
- 2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup broth, homemade or msg free from store
- 3T soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 3T jerk seasoing (make sure msg free)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1T sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Cook in crock pot until meat is done/tender, about 6 hours.
Add 2T cornstarch and cook a little bit longer right before serving.
