  • 1.5 lb stew beef
  • 2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup broth, homemade or msg free from store
  • 3T soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 3T jerk seasoing (make sure msg free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1T sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch


Cook in crock pot until meat is done/tender, about 6 hours.

Add 2T cornstarch and cook a little bit longer right before serving.
