Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs round or sirloin steak, tenderized
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/3 c onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c celery, chopped
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 t yellow mustard
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • dash hot sauce
  • 1 c tomato soup
  • 24oz can diced tomatoes
  • Directions

    Cut steak into cubes. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 6-8 hours.
