  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 t Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 t honey
  • 1/4 t ground thyme
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3/8 t salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients, still well to combine, serve. Works well with rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey.
