  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (I use the Mott’s individual serving size 50 calorie ones).
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 packets stevia
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 scoop Spirutein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5-6 pieces of ice

Makes 1 serving. About 120 calories for the entire recipe.


Place all ingredients and blend until all spinach is dissolved. This tastes just like apple pie!
