- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (I use the Mott’s individual serving size 50 calorie ones).
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 packets stevia
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 scoop Spirutein Vanilla Protein Powder
- 5-6 pieces of ice
Makes 1 serving. About 120 calories for the entire recipe.
Place all ingredients and blend until all spinach is dissolved. This tastes just like apple pie!
