Through weekly articles, workouts, and Q&A sessions, you can gain new insight into how to create the best plan for YOU. Heart-In-Motion is not about achieving perfection, deprivation, or following a diet. It is about education and encouragement to help you find strategies that can help you to lose weight, maintain your weight, and feel empowered to make lasting changes in your life.

Heart-In-Motion is a service for those who are interested in getting started losing weight or learning how to maintain weight. It can also be for those who have spent a great deal of time exercising and dieting without consistent results. Whether you are just starting out and looking for guidance, frustrated by weight loss plateaus, or just want to learn healthy strategies for weight control, this program covers all of those areas.
What do I get if I subscribe?
This service is priced at $10 per month to make it affordable for everyone. You get a comprehensive program of training and a step-by-step walk through weight loss for less than the price of a single personal training session! Each week, you will receive an article with step-by-step instructions that are quick, simple, and easy to follow. The articles cover lifestyle changes for weight control, nutrition, exercise, and weight loss strategies. Articles related to food have been reviewed by a staff nutritional consultant.
Weekly Workout Videos
Each week, you will receive a 15 to 20 minute workout video. There are two different tracks to choose from. One track is for novice exercisers (anyone with limited experience with, or who does not currently exercise). The second track is for those who currently engage in regular exercise.
All members will receive access to our Fast Picks. Fast Picks is a database of the healthiest choices from major restaurant chains.
Members will receive access to the online recipe database. This section includes healthy recipes that I LOVE that are simple and quick.
